Food Service Supervisor

 

Cactus Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Western Beef (Ridgewood, NY) seeks Food Service Supervisor to hire, train and oversee line cooks in food preparation, maintain inventory on food products and cooking tools, manage customer service issues such as complaints, count cash in register and compile and balance receipts after shifts, inspect work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Requirements: 2 yrs experience in food service management. Skills required: Training employees in food preparation, maintaining inventories on food and tools, counting cash and compiling receipts.
