Cactus Holdings engages Metro Holdings & Development for construction of over 85,000 square feet
Cactus Holdings engages Metro Holdings & Development for the construction of 85,210 square feet at 280 West 155th Street in the neighborhood of Harlem. Cactus Holdings intends to use the property for a self-storage facility. The area is highly dense and sees enormous amounts of vehicle traffic with over 133,000 cars passing by on a daily basis. The property shares its street with the historic Holcombe Rucker Park and is less than a ten minute walk to Yankee Stadium via the Macombs Dam Bridge. This is the second announcement of the company's intention to develop a self-storage facility, the first being in East New York. The start date of the construction has not been announced yet but is excepted to start soon.
