Cactus Holdings announced on Friday, January 11th 2019 that they have engaged their new partner, Metro Holdings & Development, led by Anthony Brannan, for the build of 6,000 square feet for Shining Smiles daycare at 502 Waveryly Avenue in Brooklyn. This is the second tenant announced as of late to offer early childhood services in the Cactus Holdings family of tenants. Partnering with tenants like Shining Smiles and The Learning Experience fits into the company's overall vision to bring healthy and fresh foods through their grocery stores in Western Beef and qualify education and family support through early childhood education, development and family support
