On Wednesday, December 12th, Cactus Holdings announced it had closed on the acquisition of 725 Amsterdam Ave., a 28-story commercial condo in Manhattan's Upper West Side, which was first reported by The Real Deal. The deal included multiple partners in Michael Ashkenazy's 101 Holdings and Anthony Brannan's Metro Holdings & Development. The property totaled for $19 million at the close of the deal.
