Cactus Holdings announces partnership with Metro Holdings & Development Corporation

Cactus Holdings is proud to announce a partnership with developer Metro Holdings & Development Corporation. The announcement was made public last week. The partnership comes follows after a few aggressive years of acquisitions by Cactus Holdings. They were reported by the Real Deal as one of the top buyers of Bronx commercial real estate for multiple quarters over the past year. The move brings Metro HD's Principal Anthony Brannan and his team of industry experts into the Cactus Holdings family of partnerships. Anthony has long served as a developer/contractor in the city and brings a wide breadth of experience and ability regarding construction in the NY metropolitan area. Cactus Holdings currently holds over 2 million square feet of NY real estate and is expecting to accomplish great things as a result of the partnership coupled with their unique standing in the NY market place from a retail and tangible asset perspective.
