Cactus Holdings partners with Metro HD on development of 22,000 Square Foot shopping center at 2298
On Friday December 7th, Cactus Holdings announced it was partnering with Metro Holdings & Development on the development of 2295 Forest & South Avenue in Staten Island, with over 20,000 square feet in new construction. The multi-structure retail complex will be anchored by The Learning Experience (TLE), a center for early childhood development, that will occupy a newly developed 10,000 square foot building.
