Cactus Holdings partners with Metro HD on development of 22,000 Square Foot shopping center at 2298


On Friday December 7th, Cactus Holdings announced it was partnering with Metro Holdings & Development on the development of 2295 Forest & South Avenue in Staten Island, with over 20,000 square feet in new construction. The multi-structure retail complex will be anchored by The Learning Experience (TLE), a center for early childhood development, that will occupy a newly developed 10,000 square foot building. The remaining retail amounts to 12,000 square feet. The two buildings will share one lot and be adjacent to property currently being leased by Harbor Freight Tools. At the moment no announcements have been made about the remaining retail space.
